Academy RFC has again been invited to represent Northern Ireland in the prestigious Rodez Top 12 Mini Rugby Tournament. Rodez is a city in the Aveyron region of South West France and the Tournament now in its 8th year will be held on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of October 2010.

Fundraiser ‘Night at the Races’ has been arranged details as below:

Date: Thursday 2nd September @7.00pm.

Venue: Dunadry Hotel

Tickets: £15.00

Programme: Night at the Races, Light Meal, Auction and Disco.

6 Races available to sponsor at £100.00 each

48 individual horses to sell at £10.00 each

Nornam Carson has been selected to play for Ulster President's 7's team on Sunday 2nd May - Manvik Premier competition at Carrick. This team contains a host of players from senior league rugby and possibly some Ulster players. So a great chance for Norm to show the elite how it is done. Academy RFC will have a team in the Saturday competiton. Go along and support both days.
